Oella Learn and Play: An ASPIRE PreK Partner

I am thrilled to bring the ASPIRE Pre-K model to our community. This partnership enables us to provide a state-approved, high-quality Pre-K curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten while maintaining the warmth and personal connection of a family child care home.

Access for Every Family We are committed to making this program accessible to our neighbors through two enrollment options:

1. State-Supported Enrollment (Free) As an ASPIRE partner, we can offer tuition-free spots to families who qualify under Maryland’s expansion guidelines. This covers the full 6.5-hour school day for eligible 3- and 4-year-olds.

• Check if you qualify based on income (up to 300% FPL), IEP status, or other criteria.

2. Private Enrollment For families who do not qualify for the state grant, we offer the same exceptional program through private tuition.

• Your child receives the same high-quality instruction, the same certified curriculum, and the same preparation for kindergarten.

We are also still accepting enrollments for our Infant and Toddler program (ages 0-3), ensuring a stable, loving foundation before they step up to Pre-K.

Regardless of how you enroll, your child becomes part of a single, inclusive group of learners where curiosity and friendship come first.
