Program Details: Hours and Eligibility
School Schedule & Care Options
Our program is designed to support working families while providing a structured school day for the children.
-
Standard Pre-K Day: 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM
-
Extended Hours (Before & After Care): 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
How it works for your family:
-
For ASPIRE (State-Funded) Families: The grant covers the full standard school day (8:45 AM – 3:15 PM). If you need care before 8:45 AM or after 3:15 PM, we offer before and after care for an additional weekly fee.
-
For Private Tuition Families: Your tuition covers our full operational hours. You are welcome to drop off as early as 7:30 AM and pick up as late as 4:30 PM.
Do I Qualify for Free Pre-K?
As an ASPIRE partner, we can offer tuition-free spots to eligible families. To qualify for the state-funded Pre-K grant, your child must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st, and ONE of the following criteria must be met:
-
Income: Your family’s household income does not exceed 300% of the Federal Poverty Level guidelines.
-
Language: Your family speaks a language other than English in the home.
-
Developmental Needs: Your child has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
-
Housing Stability: Your child is homeless (lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence).
-
Foster Care: Your child is in formal or informal foster care.

If your family does not meet these specific criteria, you are still welcome to join our program through our private tuition option!
